The Witching Hours is an independent booking company dedicated to introducing emerging artists from around the globe, and uplifting marginalized voices in the celestial music realms. Through personal management, art direction assistance and tour booking, TWH works closely with artists and attendees alike to create safe, inclusive and multi-sensorial events.

Sharing music ranging from dreampop, shoegaze, psych and ambient - to punk, experimental and angular sounds, TWH is happy and ready to work with artists dedicated to spreading soaring sounds and twinkling energies.

In 2023, The Witching Hours was a small team working to provide essential parts of our personal services in-person and online, including musicians and music-lovers Natasha Janfaza, Jake Ingalls, and Paul Soultanakis. With future funding we'd love to return to a group setting.

Previously, As a weekly show on KXLU 88.9FM, The Witching Hours brings in artists from all backgrounds to discuss their creative processes, biggest inspirations and favorite tunes. The weekly slot ended September 2023 after 10 years of on-air celestial journeys.

 

As a monthly show on Dublab, "Centrifugues" introduces a multi-layered experimental analog show using only vinyl and tape through effects, creating new collaged sounds and fully intuitive live mixing.

Marina Aguerre founded The Witching Hours in the fall of 2013 and is regularly involved in the local + DIY music scene of Los Angeles. She also plays in several bands throughout LA including Spaceface, Dumbo Gets Mad, Dream Crease and Teal Pop. In the past she's played for Peel Dream Magazine and Polartropica. Marina is available for graphic design, video art and album artwork.
